Personalized supervision tailored to your experience level and endorsement pathway. Sessions focus on real case scenarios, reflective practice, and skill development.
Small-group supervision (2-5 practitioners) fostering peer learning and collaborative problem-solving while maintaining endorsement relevance.
For supervisees who have engaged in ongoing supervision with PBS Supervision Australia, we offer an endorsement pathway for registered practitioners seeking to progress from Core to Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist levels.
The Endorsement Process:
We review your self-assessment together and discuss where you feel you've met the capability criteria based on your ongoing supervision experience.
You upload your de-identified portfolio of evidence relevant to the competencies outlined in your self-assessment.
Your supervisor conducts a thorough analysis drawing on both your ongoing supervision sessions (which demonstrate competency in real-time practice) and deep portfolio review.
A decision is made based on demonstrated capability, and upon successful completion, you receive a Certificate of Endorsement recognising your advancement to the next practitioner level.
This endorsement pathway is available exclusively to practitioners who have maintained ongoing supervision with PBS Supervision Australia, ensuring that endorsement decisions are grounded in continuous professional development and demonstrated competency over time.
