Structured, capability-based supervision and consultancy aligned with the NDIS PBS Capability Framework. Services delivered Australia-wide via telehealth.
PBS Supervision Australia was established to provide high-quality, structured supervision and consultancy for Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioners and NDIS Behaviour Support providers operating in complex, high-risk, and highly regulated environments.
Anthony, founding Director of PBS Supervision Australia, formulated the organisation in response to a clear gap in practice leadership across the sector. Many clinicians—particularly those early in their PBS careers—are required to manage complex presentations without consistent senior guidance or clear pathways for progression. At the same time, experienced practitioners may encounter limited opportunities to advance further or refine leadership capability, or simply require an additional layer of independent support to navigate complexity, risk, or professional decision-making.
In the short video below, Anthony outlines the rationale behind PBS Supervision Australia and explains how the service supports practitioners and providers across different stages of practice.
Individual and group supervision for PBS practitioners at all experience levels. Aligned with the NDIS PBS Capability Framework.
Comprehensive support for practitioners seeking PBS endorsement at Core, Proficient, or Advanced levels to obtain their Practitioner ID.
Strategic consultancy for NDIS providers on audit preparation, governance development, and practice leadership.

Anthony’s group supervision sessions have been highly valuable for the Mindwise Behaviour Support team. The group format fosters shared learning, reflective discussion, and collaborative problem-solving around complex cases, allowing practitioners to learn from one another’s perspectives and experiences.
Working with PBS Supervision Australia, and specifically with Anthony Angiolino, has been one of the most supportive and grounding supervision experiences I’ve had in my PBS practice.
